How the Carsser directory works

1 Create your garage profile
It's free and easy to create a listing on the Carsser directory. Once you have submitted the form above, a member of our administration team will carry out an initial set up and approval process.

Once your account is set up, you will receive confirmation email with your login details so you can customise your garage listing. You will also get a friendly, complimentary phone call to talk you through our system.
2 Manage confirmed bookings
When a customer has made a booking with your garage, the details go straight to your garage managment page. We will also notify you of this booking via SMS and email. Customer will also be notified via SMS and WhatsApp chatbot.

Your garage will then have to confirm booking (via phone call or WhatsApp chatbot) or suggest an alternative date if you're fully booked.

If you're a new garage on our directory, you will need to confirm that you have contacted the customer so we know you have received the booking successfully.
3 Get paid and appreciated
Once the work is done, the customer will pay you directly. It's up to you how you choose to deal with this. Customers appreciate if you honour the prices for your garage that you've set on Carsser, but extra costs for services, work and products may be charged additionally.

A few days after the completed booking, customers are asked to give your garage a review on Carsser and other platforms of your choice. They will rate your garage for value, quality, helpfulness and service speed and also give a small comment of their experience.
